Low Profile Shooting Package, July 22-23, 2023, Middle Tennessee

The Forge Tactical Low Profile Shooting Package Course is a 20 hour square range session focused on developing the core handgun and carbine skills needed to effectively and safely deploy these tools from low profile concealment.  Topics covered in this course include rapid deployment of concealed systems, rapid engagements between 3 and 100 meters with both primary and secondary weapon systems, fundamental weapon manipulation and combat marksmanship, carbine and handgun weapon integration from concealment (transitions and retention), varying distance engagements, and shooting standards.  These standards are designed to be used long after the course to help students maintain and grow their skills, and to create a base for comparison over multiple courses.  Please come ready to work with a zero’d rifle.

Prerequisites: US Citizen or ITAR approved person.

• Common Sense
• Carbine with 3 magazines (Carbine should be zero’d when you arrive)
• Concealed carbine magazine pouches
• Concealment bag, case or method for carbine
• Handgun and 3 magazines
• Concealment holster and mag pouch
• Concealed body armor is strongly recommended
• IFAK and TQ
• 400 rounds carbine ammunition
• 300 rounds handgun ammunition
• Electronic hearing protection
• Eye protection
• Water and snack food
• Weather appropriate clothing
• Pen and notebook (you will be taking notes)
